Empire State Plaza and Albany in Photos

Albany, New York; the capital city of the U.S. state of New York, the seat of Albany County, and the central city of New York’s Capital District. Also, one of the most underestimated destinations in east coast of the US, or at least in New York, I should add. During the road trip, our three days stay in Albany was a series of surprises. The people, the atmosphere, the museums, the architecture, and most of all, the view.

Albany is located on the west bank of Hudson River. Stephen and I enjoyed Hudson River and the city view with Aqua Duck Tour. Moreover, The Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, commonly known as Empire State Plaza is a exquisite place to feel the atmosphere of the state city of New York, and to see entire Albany.

To see the view of Albany, Erastus Corning Tower, simply known as Corning Tower, offers a great viewing deck on 42nd floor. And on the top of the stairs at Cultural Education Center, you’ll see the entire Plaza in front of you, including the State Capital.
