Luang Prabang is culturally beautiful and also backpacker friendly. Most of the local people can communicate with English and they know what travelers need in the guesthouse, and the restaurant. It is photogenic; you can see the photos through my previous post the temples and monks. However, there’s not much place to eat ‘real’ Laos food, and interact with local people other than night market who want to sell their products.
Even though I enjoyed my time in Luang Prabang, if I have to describe Luang Prabang in one sentence, I would say ‘hard to describe’.
So, Stephen and I made it into a video. It includes monks’ chanting in the evening, sunset over Mekong River, local people in the street, night market and monks’ alms in the early morning.

I feel awesome that I learned something new today, about other peoples’ culture. I looking forward to visiting Luang prabang Laos so that I can have a first hand experience of that culture.
