The Ultimate Travel Workshop: Travel Actually

I wanted to utilize well my time in Seoul. Visiting family and catching up working are two most important reasons why I came back, but ever since I met great minds at $100 Startup meetup last month, I wanted to contribute to the people who are seeking for something more than their daily routine.

With the help of two of similar-minded friends, I’m opening a workshop in Seoul this week. The name is ‘The Ultimate Travel Workshop: Travel Actually’. I will be talking about my journey of finding happiness in life through world travel. I shared many times how I’ve decided for bucket living, and now it’s time to share it with people in my hometown. I honestly thought there’s no where I can stand here, but I’m seeing the differences from two years ago. A lot more people are now into the word ‘entrepreneur’ and looking into the way how to live independent life. Of course majority of people are still on ‘the’ path, and do whatever they can to be on that path, but I’m seeing the slow changes. It will change, slowly.

You can see the idea behind the workshop from this video:

This Thursday, I will share my stories. I’ll encourage people to find who they are through travel. I got to know myself through backpacking, and all the extended travel last year was one of the most important period of my life. I am still finding the right path for me, but I have pretty good ideas for that. For fellow seekers out there in Seoul, I wanted to share my experience, the hard times and the sweet fruit after the rainstorm to encourage and show them it is possible. Finding happiness is possible, and there’s nothing wrong with trying.

If you are in Seoul for the time being, you are welcome. I will be the one with big smile. You can’t miss it. The workshop is currently prepared in Korean, but everyone is welcome. I will do my best to handle the multilingual situation.
