Runaway Photo: Masculine Landscape of China

Fact: China is beautiful

My encounter with China was complicated, very. The three months in China was like riding a roller coaster for three months. I wrote about several unfortunate incidents in China (including Asian-Asian racism: Why Chinese people hate me, Top 5 worst travel moments), and also chanted how beautiful this country was (Tiger Leaping Gorge, Meeting panda bears for the first time, Hiking Emei Shan on foot).

I know, I am not the best spokesperson for the Chinese tourism industry, but I want to share the masculine scenery in China through this photo essay. Some photos are the ones I’ve already shared, some are new. Certainly, I didn’t see it all, but it was enough for me to gasp every time. Just like China we all know, there are some of the biggest monuments, and well-made highway to the top of the mountains. I can proudly say I visited all these places by foot and by bike. Mainly I spent time in Yunnan, Sichuan and Guangxi province.
