Major footstep to Atlantic Ocean — Wildwood Crest, New Jersey

Put my foot in Atlantic Ocean, for the first time.

Runaway Juno finally step into Atlantic Ocean, for the first time!

It was a moving moment.

Wildwood Crest, New Jersey — this is my new home for a week. The second day, I already absorbed all the positive energy pouring out from inside of me. Wait, this doesn’t make any sense?! I guess I’m overwhelmed with this happiness. What I’m trying to say is, I think I love this place, very much. It was the second day we arrived here and the first full day. From beginning till the end, it was one memorable day. The most perfect sunset with perfectly clear sun dropping down to the horizon, and even a ferry boat was crossing the sun – no kidding, and mysterious red moon were the one of many highlights of the day.

Say no more, let the photos speak for me.

  1. Hey Juno,

You look like you’re having an amazing time in the Summer fun!!! Am so happy for you. ^_^

  2. I can’t wait to see more pictures! Just wait until you get up to the Northeast. Wish I were there to A:F6 to celebrate your first steps in the Atlantic :) Well done!

    • Juno says:

Me too. I thought about recording a video me dancing A:F6 but nobody would understand what I’m doing. They would go ‘what the F is she doing?’ Well, I Don’t care but you are not here. I’ll save my dance for ya.

  3. How exciting! You are really making me miss summer :-)

  6. Randy says:

Awesome! Nice photo essay and congrats on your milestone. It really doesn’t get much better than summertime at an East Coast beach.

  7. Michael says:

How random that you’re in Wildwood! I use to go there when I was a kid like every year. Born and raised in north New Jersey. :)

  8. Evan says:

These are such great shots! I love the northeast coast!

  9. You’re covering a lot of territory Juno! You must be having a great time. I enjoyed your photos – my favorite one being the candid shot of the kid splashing around at the beach.

  10. Erica says:

I still have mixed feelings on the beach on the east coast but I’m glad you are having a blast! <3

    • Juno says:

Why do you have mixed feeling about it? I haven’t gone to any other beach yet, but I’m really enjoying NJ beach! :)

      • Erica says:

It is just cold and a bit dreary in comparison to other beaches. I think after being in the Caribbean I just have super high expectations.

        • Juno says:

Could be. :) Yes water was colder than I expected. It was hard to get in first, but it got better. I think september would be warm and nice. I haven’t been to Caribbean but I totally get the high expectations after Caribbean!! :)

  11. Katie said I should check out her inspiration; nice pics;welcome to the States and give us a jingle if you’ve plans to head to Connecticut;there is a bed waiting here for you

    • Juno says:

Thanks Mamma Duck! I’ve heard a lot of good things about you. I will jingle you for sure when we are passing Connecticut!

  12. You’re making me miss the beaches in the East USA ;) Enjoy!!
