Making more of video post is one of my future goal. Take better photography has been always my purpose. And now there’s new option in the middle; Time-lapse video.
Recently, I had a change to get involved with a photo project – that’s what we called, turned out to be an awesome time lapse video. Stephen (@bohemiantrav) from bohemiantraveler.com came up with an idea of document one day in Bangkok and put together in one video, including his big hair cut moment. I participated as a steady hand photographer, 2 minute-model, mp3 format transformer, and Picasa semi-pro.
Not just because I involved in the project.. the reason why I think this is a great time-lapse video is because it’s really active and live. It’s not ‘Whoa!’ amazing but it is fun!
# Statistics : total 939 photos in about 3 minutes
# Scenes including :
-Move around using various transportations – taxi, sky train..
-Several meals out-yes we ate a lot and you can see we completely emptied them all.
-The biggest moment, Stephen got his haircut (after three years, quote) by Thai hair stylist. It was little bit nerve-breaking as a girl who had some bad encounters with incompetent hairstylists, but this turned out well!
-Chinatown street vendors, ice coffee and people.
-Shopping spree in the famous Chatuchak market.
-Boat ride to Wat Arun that locked us out but it was good enough to see the temple.
-The best part.. all the fun.
More than words, right? Just like the song.
Enjoy!! And let me know what you think about this project!
#Special thanks to Stephen, came up with a fun idea and included me in the process.
