*Occasion : Great wall of China. It was THE purpose of the trip. It was right before the Olympic started. Thought I should visit before Olympic, when it’s still cheaper. It was winter and not very clear day. I didn’t get to see the whole silhouette of Great wall like I expected, but it was breathe taking anyhow. I used a film camera for a change! 🙂
Wow, the effort of built this thing.. There’s a horrific story of slaves who died while working here, I don’t know you know it or not.. that made me felt so bad but appreciated their effort. They’d been suffered but at least we have a chance to see this wonderful historical monument.
Some of the hills were unbelievable stiff. How could they fight here? We never know…
I only went to one part of the wall, but some day hopefully see other side of the wall-less people. 🙂
